Cabo Polonio is a small village by the Atlantic Ocean in the eastern coast of Uruguay (South America). Situated in the Rocha Department, this location has the uniqueness of having no traffic at all as there are no roads leading to it. The place has no electricity, no running water, and only a few and rustic constructions. Coming from overpopulated cities, for me this is definitively a unique place in the world.
